Tax, license and registration: we are paying the sales tax, license & registration fees to any winner that picks up the bike and takes delivery in Arizona at Hacienda Harley Davidson. Yes this is all included. The person that needs to take delivery anywhere else such as in Canada or California will be responsible for all sales taxes and fees.

Delivery: this bike is located in Arizona and can be picked up at Hacienda Harley Davidson. We can deliver this bike anywhere in the lower 48 states for a nominal shipping fee.
